“Very efficient, had a slight glitch with my order but within 24 hours this was corrected and despatched i received goods next day, super service. The pen is amazing, as a leaving present for a good friend it bought tears to her eyes, loved it. I know where to come for special presents for special people. Thank you very much”

“Service was top class and the personalised note was welcomed! There was an issue with the actual product however: the stitching for the inside pocket came apart almost immediately. At the risk of of it ending it up in a landfil which often can happens at the of returns processes I super glued the seem back together and it functions just fine :)”
