Really quick delivery which was fab but unfortunately I have returned the boots as tgey didn't suit me. Now I found the returns process really confusing. I ended up paying for recorded delivery because it wasn't clear how to return, other than within 2 weeks after the date you received the item. The returns process could be a lot clearer and easier for the customer.

The Jeans Order could not be fulfilled due to website error/stock.
They emailed me to inform this and of the refund.
Pity their system is not accurate (but some other sites have the same issues) Until next time 🙂
