I had not heard of Excel Clothing before but found them when searching for a Barbour jacket. I am always a little nervous of using a company that I don't know but the website was easy to use, the price of the jacket was very competitive and they shipped the item immediately and I received it the next day. Great service, I would use them again and highly recommend!

Really quick delivery which was fab but unfortunately I have returned the boots as tgey didn't suit me. Now I found the returns process really confusing. I ended up paying for recorded delivery because it wasn't clear how to return, other than within 2 weeks after the date you received the item. The returns process could be a lot clearer and easier for the customer.

They emailed me to inform this and of the refund.
