Very quick delivery. Unfortunately the boots were too big so emailed Excel on the same day they were delivered using the address provided in the delivery note to request the prepaid returns label but still haven’t had a reply over a week later. I am not sure if the boots qualified for free returns so unsure if I am out of pocket or not! but in order to meet the 14 day return period I have returned them at my own expense.

Really quick delivery which was fab but unfortunately I have returned the boots as tgey didn't suit me. Now I found the returns process really confusing. I ended up paying for recorded delivery because it wasn't clear how to return, other than within 2 weeks after the date you received the item. The returns process could be a lot clearer and easier for the customer.

They emailed me to inform this and of the refund.
