Really quick delivery which was fab but unfortunately I have returned the boots as tgey didn't suit me. Now I found the returns process really confusing. I ended up paying for recorded delivery because it wasn't clear how to return, other than within 2 weeks after the date you received the item. The returns process could be a lot clearer and easier for the customer.

I was slightly unsure about ordering based on some of the reviews on Trust Pilot, however although I returned my item due to being small for me, I had absolutely no issue with communicating, receiving prepaid QR code and my refund came in good time too. I will consider them again and do recommend.
