“Very fast shipping and great price. Unfortunately the coat was massive but return process was easy. My only complaint is that refund took a while but I got it.”

“I looked on trust pilot to check out Excel as there prices and brands looked so comped. They had great reviews so I went ahead and ordered the Holland & Cooper gilet. It came quickly and I was kept updated every step of the way. Very well packaged and in perfect condition I’m so delighted thank you Excel. I’ll be ordering again. 😂”

“possibly the best coat I have ever bought! so warm and cosy! Has a massive hood which is a great bonus! lots of room in it so will be good for layering under in the winter months! if you're thinking of buying this coat, DO IT, you will not be disappointed!”

“Poor customer service. Ordered twice online in space of a few weeks,to be delivered to the store. After receiving email to collect,both times they weren't in the shop. The 'Big Boss',as he was referred too,was very ignorant to me as if it was my fault!! I'll not be back!!”

Sorry to hear you have chosen to give us a 1 Star. We have reviewed the matter and you'll not be surprised we don't agree with your version. We agree the order was not at the store when you arrived, mistakes can happen. However, within minutes we were able to get the appropriate item and supply it for you. You were in the store for no longer than 5 minutes. It was indeed the 'Big Boss' who took care of you but was in no way rude to you. In fact he apologised for the error to which you replied with several expletives. Given your language, as a company, we have a zero tolerance blatant abuse of our staff.
