“It was a forgotten Christmas present ordered Christmas day or boxing day it arrived very quickly considering it was ordered at Christmas. It arrived in time to give to the person on the 30tn Dec. I didn't think It would arrive before new year. I was very impressed”

“Fantastic experience. The only place I could find a jacket that was to be a Christmas present, ordered it online on Wed 20th Dec. after speaking to a very nice man in the shop, who stated they would try and get it processed and delivered before Christmas but it depended on the delivery company. The item was collected the same day, I was able to track it all the way (Royal Mail, from Northern Ireland to England), it was delivered on the 22nd Dec. I will definitely be using the shop/site again.”

“First time using this company. The price of Ugg slippers is very competitive, easy to order online and good communication ref confirmation of order and despatch. Royal Mail who delivered could take a few lessons from them on how to keep a customer informed! However, Excel promptly sorted the delay out. As they will be a Christmas gift, I was pleased to order early in the knowledge that if I've got the wrong size, returns can be made into early January.”
