Other problems for my order. After 5 days of waiting for the products to ship, they put an order value of 922€ instead of € 335. Now I have to pay the taxes (22.4%). The things with this site does seem to be good. They keep saying "due to covid" but these are just lies. I want a refund of taxes that I have to pay more if u don't change the order value. 0 stars!

Hi Dori, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. As per our previous conversations, we have unfortunately been short-staffed due to Covid which caused a delay in your order being dispatched. I do apologize sincerely for the delay. As for the customs error, DHL has treated the overall price of your order, as the price per unit within the order. As you ordered 3 pieces, they have tripled the overall total of your order causing the issue with customs. On Friday evening, we contacted DHL with a revised invoice and were told the issue was resolved. However, one hour ago we received the following notification from DHL: “Unfortunately, DHL in Albania has advised due to customs regulations, they cannot accept a revised invoice and only can return or destroy this shipment. Can you please advise what you wish to do?” If you are happy to take the refund on the amount owed, we can do that and follow up with DHL ourselves and resolve this issue. Please get back to us on the original email thread and let us know what you would like to do. Thanks, Evolve Customer Service

It's been already 5 days & the order it's still on "processing". The support keep answering the same automated responses, nothing useful. Bad review till now. Hope something will change for my order of 335€.

I had asked if someone could ring my husband but got an email but no phone call. I thought it would have been easier rather than sending an email from no reply. The order no was 132665 and I had ordered them in lmy name. It was for normal on the waist not below the waist as I received. The jeans that arrived were of good quality but below the waist. We have tried to phone but the numbers when dialled is not recognised. Could someone ring my husband on 02890424882. George. These jeans were bought on the Internet. My husband is waiting patiently to speak to someone. If you give us a recognisable phone number then we will ring you.
