“Ordered boots on the 17th, it's suppose to be 48 hour delivery but yet we're now The 22nd and still no delivery. Tracking saying they are still waiting g for my order to be dispatched.”

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately the original item that was ordered was mislabeled which caused the incorrect item to be dispatched to you. We totally accept that we are at fault and this mistake should have been caught before the item was dispatched to you. I believe during your first phone call there was either a small miscommunication or misunderstanding. It is company policy that an item is returned before a replacement is dispatched. As soon as we received the incorrect item back, the correct item was dispatched to your address. My apologies if this was not clear. Thanks,
