Very dissatisfied with not receiving my Order

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes there has been a significant delay at the Royal Mail sorting depot which has caused a delay in the delivery of parcels to the UK. We have been assured by Royal Mail that they are doing everything possible to ensure all parcels are delivered as soon as possible. Would have expected an online purchase to be easier. Thirteen emails later, numerous prompts from myself and all the emails from evolve were nameless. Out of stock on an item, then the delivery docket showed 2 items delivered but only one was issued. Second item arrived for which I was grateful for but it was too much corrrespondence for a simple order.

I ordered something November 23rd & as of today, December 13th I still haven’t received it so I think your company sucks.

Ware kommt seit über 3 Wochen nicht an!!! Letztes Versprechen die Ware kommt am 8.12.22 aber bis heute immer noch nix gekommen. Jetzt werde ich das Geld zurück fordern. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Es ist eine Winterjacke die ich die ich jetzt brauche und nicht irgend wann…..
