“Ordered almost 3 weeks ago still not received my order”

“The jacket had a hole at the shoulder I returned it but have not yet got any confirmation that it has been received and no refund yet Hopefully it is delayed due to the bank holidays”

“Returned some trainers that cost £64 and had an email saying I’ve been refunded £56! It says on there website they deduct £3 from refunds to cover postage costs doesn’t say £8! Bad customer service… Order Returned: ID 131776”
