“Disappointing return policy. Created the return within 14 days of arrival, but only received a refund in form of credit. The other shirt has a thread hanging off the side that I just noticed wearing it the first time now. However, I don't plan to contact support for that, because the return policy was already enough. AGAIN return policy is really below any standard in 2022 (plus you are charged). If you are looking for alternatives, there are lots. From A like Asos to Z like Zalando ;)”

“I didn’t expect to pay £14,30 for the return. In the email I received when ordered the shoes is said that you keep £3 from the refund. This is a total disinformation and disrespect for the costumer”
