“I WAS EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WITH MY FIRST AND HONESTLY LAST PURCHASE, I RANG BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER TO CONFIRM THE ITEM I WAS ORDERING WAS EXACTLY AS I REQUIRED TO DISCOVER IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I DIDN'T WANT!! Hi Mandy, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. My apologies on the delay in getting back to you however I had to confirm a few things with the manufacturer of the garment before I could reach out . The Tommy Hilfiger bootcut jeans you had ordered are not a relaxed fit despite the stitching on the pocket, I do realize this is rather confusing as this is a new addition to these jeans despite them being manufactured for quite some time. After having spoken with a representative from Tommy Hilfiger, we have been advised that this is being removed from the garment as it is causing confusion with customers across all Tommy Hilfiger resellers. Bootcut jeans in general are a more relaxed fit than a standard straight fit jean, Tommy Hilfiger had decided to display this on the jeans to convey this to customers however it has just caused confusion. We do provide a prepaid returns label for Ireland, Northern Ireland & the United Kingdom, £3 is then deducted from the returns value to help cover the cost of the return. If your item was returned via an alternate method, this should not have happened and I will refund the remaining value of your order immediately. My sincere apologies for any distress this has caused you.

Hi Simon, We do again apologize for not being able to dispatch your suit. Our quality control team deemed the item unfit to be dispatched as the garments had been over-pressed by the manufacturer causing large irremovable white stripes to display throughout the garment. At the time of purchase, we unfortunately were not able to get a replacement as it was last sizes available. Your refund was processed the same day we reached out to you regarding the issue. Hopefully the refund would have come through in the next 5 working days. If it has not please don't hesitate to let us know.
