They supposedly want to get something done, but they don't show much effort; however, they'd love to earn in gold.

It took longer than I anticipated from when the loan was agreed to getting funds to the dealer I provided the information that was requested and after all that was asked for a copy of my driving licence which the dealer took on day one which seemed rather unnecessary. In fairness all the members of staff I spoke to at evolution were very polite and professional and we got there in the end hence why a 3 rather than a 5.

Was well over a week before it was all sorted extremely slow looking for proof where it currently wasn’t needed and pictures of documents

Whilst Evolution did manage to secure the finance eventually the process was slow at times and the communication poor. The automated texting system has flaws too which resulted in being texted to ask for duplicated identification after the finance had been advanced. Room for improvement in a number of areas but at least not entirely unsuccessful.

although i am pleased with the outcome i found it confusing in my case as had several text messages from different people asking me to fill and sign the exact same forms however all sorted and pleased with the outcome

Quick and easy only problem I do have is the Apr is so high if it was alot lower then I'd have no issues but paying 17k for an 11k car isn't worth it especially when you have repairs and stuff aswell as it's only covered for the 1st year on finance.

The customer services team were very polite and always tried to help but as much as they constantly tried the support teams overall are terrible and non telephone operatives plus it would appear that the front facing Customer Service Team Members were unable to call and speak to any member of the support team. Also, the be warned that I had an APR of 16.8 sent out to me but after I signed all this paperwork the company then sent another load of paperwork as which when I checked the APR jumped up to 18.9%. Just because I signed the wrong DDM initially and because they had to reissue me this documentation for signing again as they advised me that this change was due to them changing my details from Employed to Self-Employed.

The advisors are great however I didn’t feel very informed about what was going on and when I get approved for finance I wasn’t told through a call. I found out through email which isn’t the best way to find out. It’s been a few days and still no one’s been in touch about it :(

The process from start to finish was a little confusing to say the least. I was being told by dealership to deal with them and they would secure finance, only to be contacted via several text messages and calls from Evolution direct. There was no explanation that I had to deal direct with you. Each time I did cal you back, a different representative had to read up on history and each provided me with a different answer/request causing confusion on what exactly I had to do. When asking for document proofs, I was asked to submit a copy of driving licence, I did this, 20 minutes later another text asking for passport and payslip. Why couldn't these have been requested at the same time ? The first agent said there would be an additional deposit and increased monthly payments to those given me by the dealership. The second said as I'd paid for a warranty up front (not a deposit) it might mean a preferential rate. Finally, the last hurdle, the additional deposit and higher monthly payment was back with no mention of a lower monthly rate I agreed to the above, knowing that I'd likely be settling the loan earlier than the five year term anyway. I still have not picked up my new vehicle (picking up on Tuesday) and maybe that will bring to an end this transaction for now.

It has taken a week to get finance sorted and even with that amount of time payment for car has not been received by dealer until same day i collected car causing unnecessary stress. Dissapointing

Misunderstanding with car dealership (Volkeswagen) and evolution in terms of having the incorrect address from dealership. Had to do checks again, waited about 1 week and 1 day for everything, including delivery of vechile, so slight delay than usual. Overall, Oli and his team did a good job , reassuring me, trying to speed up the process and doing everything they can to ensure I was okay and happy in the end .

Delay in approval of car dealership finance meant it was too late to pick up our new car and we had already given the courtesy car back. I have a disability and need a car and your attitude to disabled drivers stink to be honest. I gave you 3 stars because you at least sorted out our finance offer quickly.
