“Took longer than expected to get the finance sorted due to mistakes being made which was what not down to us but we got there in the end and once they sorted the issues out which took a few days”

“I’m really thankful for Evolution. The service was smooth, everything was explained in a simple format. Staff were very helpful and kind. “If I could give less than 1 star I would. Unhelpful and by no means customer or solution-orientated. Couldn’t answer any of my questions and misinformed me with regards to who I needed to liaise with. Declined my preferred option and offered me another option that was higher in price… totally and utterly nonsensical!”
