“Easy to access and information is clearly presented all the way through the process one thing I noticed was the license verification is based on a European license a uk one doesn’t have an “ issue number” excellent service”

“If I could give less than 1 star I would. Unhelpful and by no means customer or solution-orientated. Couldn’t answer any of my questions and misinformed me with regards to who I needed to liaise with. Declined my preferred option and offered me another option that was higher in price… totally and utterly nonsensical!”

“Between yourselves and money barn the communication was appalling 3, I would have to ring you evolution for updates and then to be told to go into the car dealership to sign form upon form then getting told by evolution to back date forms with old dates on which I don't think is legal, so the whole experience was shocking, to be honest I'm not filled with hope I will get a response from this email as it was me doing all of the chasing.”

Dear Christian, we're sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with your experience. We have looked into the details of your complaint and it would appear that because you struggled to use our online e-sign facility, we had to use manual documents sent to your dealer. These documents were not completed correctly, including the dates. As a regulated business we have a duty to all parties, including the customer, to ensure that all paperwork is correct.
