“I’ve been trying to sort the final stages of my finance ,but unfortunately despite calling you 3 times I’m still not able to complete the process due to your system not acknowledging my correct date of birth and postcode ,my id was sent to you via email instead , I wrang again to say I had sent it ,and was told my id would be checked and I would get a call back,! There was no call back !! This has been going on for days and is really poor ,I needed the car asap and due to a lack of help I still can’t complete the order!!”
