“Nightmare from start to finish. Why not ask everyone for a contract of employment, payslips, bank statement etc straight away then wouldn't have wasted 7 days messing around”

For the protection of both our customers and our lenders, we do have criteria around proofs that must be fulfilled. It does appear that a number of delays occurred due to proofs being provided to us that contained errors.
