“Good service overall. Initially I was told a finance agreement had been found with lower monthly payments then they increased. This slowed the process down but in the end all worked out. would recommend as simple & online completion of paperwork very convenient & simple.”

Thank you for your feedback Brian. There are still delays with some funders due to the backlog from the Covid-19 crisis and this is having an impact on turnaround times. “I was extremely disappointed with the releasing of the funds, which meant a delay in picking up my car. Buying a car was meant to be a fun, relaxed experience. This meant we waited at the car garage for funds to be released for over 3 hours, having to return the next day after swapping over insurance from my previous car this even meant that I couldn’t return home in my part exchanged car. Other than that, my broker did what he could to assist me at times and other than the above was a great help.”

Unfortunately there are still some delays in the lender payout process due to backlog caused by the Covid-19 crisis. This isn't ideal and we do agree that it should be a fun experience buying a car. “The customer service is terrible and being lied to is just unacceptable! They Blamed the dealer for their mistakes and then lied about it, I caught them out, when I spoke with the finance company. Daniel Cliffe would wait over 12 hours to inform of something only after I called to speak to him 4 times. I would not recommend Evolution to anyone! A complaint is being sent to the Financial conduct authority.”
