“The advisors are great however I didn’t feel very informed about what was going on and when I get approved for finance I wasn’t told through a call. I found out through email which isn’t the best way to find out. It’s been a few days and still no one’s been in touch about it :(”

“Would not recommend. Processing is poor , timely , customer service below standard , call back and updates that should be provided as part of the service non existent and staff can be rude . I would strongly suggest looking for alternatives if possible. I had to handle a lot if the process myself , calling the lender directly when I have a broker that should be doing it. Stressful and disappointing experience of which was meant to be a happy experience buying a car.”

“There was a lot of going back and forth, asking for various details and proofs, some of it repeatedly. Although this came from the finance company and Evolution were more of a go between, this was frustrating and time consuming for all concerned. Perhaps a checklist of what might be required from the start may have helped speed things up and save lots of hassle. That said, everyone we spoke to at Evolution was friendly and helpful, and particular praise goes to Derek (our account manager) who took it upon himself to do what was required to get the agreement over the line”
