“STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they will waste your time and apply their own rules my mother tried to get a financed car and was approved she then paid a deposit and after a long process they then refused on the basis of having a provisional despite being told this was ok they decided to decline They all stated there is procedure for individuals who hold provisional licenses but they instead made up other reasons why For health reasons she needed a car they then manually decided to decline after a lengthy unfair process She was assured that she will not be penalised for this”

Dear Rochelle, we’re sorry to hear that you and your mother have been disappointed with your experience. We have investigated the issues you have raised. As a broker, we propose applications through to a panel of lenders. To be accepted, your mother’s application would have needed to fulfil the lender’s criteria. Unfortunately, your mother’s application was unable to fulfil any of our lenders’ criteria and therefore we had to decline it.
