We have reviewed the email you were sent and it does clearly state that you need to contact your dealer to arrange to collect your car. Our understanding is that you drove straight to the dealership before checking with the dealer. “Very poor lack of communication, forgetting to send proper information and asking for it which led to purchase being held up. Signed same 3 forms in 3 days. Would not reccomend”
