“I would never recommend you to anyone again too long and then switch vehicle you couldn’t do it very poor customer service no one gets back to you. I have to keep ringing you. I will be posting this on social media help Paul Holiday see you are”

“The customer services team were very polite and always tried to help but as much as they constantly tried the support teams overall are terrible and non telephone operatives plus it would appear that the front facing Customer Service Team Members were unable to call and speak to any member of the support team. Also, the be warned that I had an APR of 16.8 sent out to me but after I signed all this paperwork the company then sent another load of paperwork as which when I checked the APR jumped up to 18.9%. Just because I signed the wrong DDM initially and because they had to reissue me this documentation for signing again as they advised me that this change was due to them changing my details from Employed to Self-Employed.”
