“Initial phone call was 1st class. Unfortunately the communication between Evolution and Eden Vauxhall was a Disaster . Money barn just kept debuting the 5 x £1.00 card verification charge due to some person incorrectly entering a wrong door number . I was promised I would receive a refund, but it has still not been credited to my card . Then the finance figures were out by 12p, so I had to take an afternoon off work and travel to the dealership to Sign again! I was promised compensation for this journey, but I still have not received. If this can be resolved I would be a happy customer !”

Unfortunately, it does appear that there were system issues during the bank verification, which resulted in the multiple £1 amounts being debited from your account. We have chased up the lender to action your refund. We also apologise for the inconvenience caused during signing, which was due to documents not being properly checked. This has been noted and fed back to our team. We do record all calls for training and quality purposes and we cannot identify when compensation was offered.
