“Recently swapped car. Didn't get first choice. Sales team didn't seem bothered that I wasn't entirely satisfied. Didn't feel a valued customer. Handover was ok but took too long.”

“Great team. Helpful but not pushy. Can always speak to a cheerful member of staff who make you feel relaxed. I have had a great experience from start to picking up my new car. Can't recommend ever enough. Special Thank you to Russell who was great.”

“This was my first change and After an account manager change things couldn’t have gone smoother. Lewis was great ( so was nick) and I was booked in and in my new vehicle within 30minutes. Can not fault the service received. Will be back again when it’s time to change.”

“Arrived to return my prior leased vehicle and collect a new vehicle to be greeted by the new Customer Services lounge. This is a positive improvement upon the past greeting area. I experienced no delays in completing the paperwork and my new vehicle was ready for me. Very efficient indeed and thank you.”

“Quick swap over of cars. Always an anxious time while waiting for the returned car condition to be checked. But in 6 cars nothing has ever been flagged and the wait is not to long. Prices are creeping up but still good value.”

“Thanks to Lewis for being attentive when sorting out which vehicle to have. Thanks to Russell for a smooth hand over on the day. It is a lot less hassle than regular leasing because you can swap the old and new car in one go rather than trying to arrange both separately. Currently on my 5th car through Evogo.”
