“I was put in touch with Russell Blythen at EVOGO through the Halliwell Jones BMW, previous to this I had not heard of EVOGO. I collected my first car today and am extremely thrilled with the experience and customer service, so far, from Russell. Thank you!”

“This is the second car i have had with Evogo and i'm over the moon with it. The switch over was no fuss at all and i was in my new car within the hour. Can't fault them whatsoever. 100% satisfied customer”

“Incorrect car given upon collection. I had to point out to the assistant that the car was not the correct spec!! I then had to chase the sales department to discuss what would happen next and still have yet to hear anything. Was still charged the incorrect higher amount even though i had taken the lower spec'd car so had to take time to resolve and email the accounts team to rectify their issue. The concept is good and i so far believe their pricing to be very competitive, however, their customer service and speed to react is yet to match.”

“The process was faultless. Very smooth procedure. Was made very welcome and seen to quickly. Was a very hot day and was offered water which was very nice. Everything was explained very well about the contract and I was given time to read through everything myself.”

“Once the cheapest available, prices have now risen past a number of competitors. Customer service is and always has been appalling, however it was tolerated when prices were so competitive. Time to look elsewhere.”
