very helpful this is my fourth year with evogo cant knock them every year had a great car now my dad has one and so does a couple of my friends

Well now in to my third year with Evogo and very much happy with the service levels they provide. They continue to be responsive in a timely manner, listn and take note of my thoughts on various things.

Very friendly and easy to deal with. There’s no faff with too much paperwork. Evogo are to the point which is a nice change when dealing with cars. I would highly recommended evogo to anyone who is looking to lease cars.

I was disappointed to be given a bill of 150pounds for damage to wheels when I was 2000 miles under the price I paid.It had been intimated that I would not incur any extra cost if there were slight damage as I had paid over on mileage.I am not blaming the sales executive the decision was out of his hands.It is such a shame because previously I always felt Evogo cared about its customers.

I would love to be able to leave a good review as I think Evogo have a great product but unfortunately I didn't get as far as I would have liked. Having had an initial convo about the offering I filled in the paperwork and drew up a shortlist of cars. However, i've now left several phone messages over a 2-3 period to follow this up but no-one has called me back. It's left me with the impression that they're struggling with volume. If i'm committing to a contract I want to know that I can get hold of someone , that calls will be returned and they actually want my business. I'm not feeling that right now so am forced to look elsewhere. A shame.

I am really pleased with my new Kia Sportage, GT Line, car looks great and drives really well, the ordering process was quite easy although there was a little bit of confusion around my order leading up to handover, the handover of current vehicle and collection of new was very straightforward and handled really well

Fantastic service from start to finish, couldn’t have asked for anything better. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and extremely helpful. I’d definitely recommend Evogo to anyone. Brilliant service.

Overall a good experience but a little disappointing to find the vehicle had not been valeted, even found personal items in the storage compartment which i presume were from a previous delivery driver

Applied for an individual account 2 weeks ago. No one has bothered to contact me at all. I had to call the office several times only to be told that a non refundable payment of 2.5 times the rental amount is required. Considering that i have a good credit history this does not make sense at all. I have asked to speak to the underwriting department I was told that someone would call - still waiting. Would be interesting to find out if anyone has had a similar experience of paying a large non refundable payment. This seems like normal practice of making money

Russell in the sales team was very helpful and clear in explaining how things would work, and was able to secure the particular car I was interested in taking in a very short time frame. Sadie dealt with the handover of the vehicle to me on the day and made the whole process pretty seamless. That put me in a really good mood for the journey home in the new car ! Thanks Team Evogo.
