My son needs your help as he is not working but doesn't seem to be getting much help from you to down grade from his car to a smaller one try a bit harder.

I found the service and the staff most helpful especially John who I was dealing with. I picked my new Audi up and it could not have been easier, I was even asked to think about my next choice. I would recommend Evogo and will be leasing again with them.

Everything from the first phone call to the driving away of a lovely new car went very smoothly. Very helpful friendly staff who did their best to accommodate the various requests I have had. Couldn't have been better.

We placed an order for an Audi A3 which we were informed would be ready approximately 3 months down the line but this could not be guaranteed however if it was not ready when we required it there would be a similar car to tide us over until it was ready. Although we needed a car in about 10 weeks we could manage for a couple with a stop gap or maybe even without a second car so we thought this was acceptable and therefore in good faith paid a deposit equalling the monthly payments. In the month leading up to the time our previous lease deal (through the NHS) was due to finish we contacted evolution on a number of occasions to get updates as to where they were with the A3 we had on order. Each time we were told that there were no updates but not to worry as there would be something in stock that they could put us in until it was ready. The week our previous car went back there was still no information on when our order would be ready. We were then offered 2 cars as a stop gap. Neither of these options were similar to an A3 and were both over £150 a month more. We were informed that we would have to pay the going monthly rate for these which was not an option as was way over the budget we had set and nobody could tell us if this would be for one week or 6 months as there was still no word on the car we had ordered. At this point, hugely disappointed and frustrated we asked for our deposit back and order to be cancelled as they could not fulfil their end of the agreement. We did receive a refund of £250 quite promptly on the 3rd of May but this was £6 short of the amount we had parted with 2months earlier. All in all a very disappointing experience especially given the company came highly recommended by family members who luckily for evolution still use the service.

Dear Ms Harrison, I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience with EVOGO, I have read through all your comments and can fully understand your frustration. Unfortunately the only part of the whole process we do not control is the manufacture of the vehicle and are at the hands of each individual manufacture on lead times and delivery. We are always working really hard to meet all customers expectations and the policy for my team is always to offer lead in vehicles which we will swap out as soon as the new vehicle arrives, this option has proved successful and is used on a regular basis. Looking at your comments I feel the team were clear in the outset regarding the variation in initial delivery times, and did offer you solutions to fulfill the gap, but once again I am sorry you feel this did not meet your expectations and hope that if you look to use us again we can get somewhere closer to what you expect, i have arrange for the other £6.00 to be refunded and will look into why a full refund was not issued.

We are delighted with our new car and how smooth the whole process was. Russell was excellent and ensured any queries we might have along the way were dealt with quickly and efficiently, thank you to him and all the team at Evogo

Wasn't happy about having to pay 3 months up front when the deal was originally no deposit. Also car was a month late and 1 member of staff was hard work to deal with at times but once car came in the service was great, picking the car up was easy enough and the car is great. When arriving at the depot everyone was really friendly and I got my car quickly and with ease

Good Morning Mr Foy, I am sorry you feel you had a negative experience with EVOGO. Larger monthly initials are taken on the underwriting policies we operate, we in no way wish to false advertise and we do have a policy of offering a initial payment if we feel we may not be able to offer our vehicle services due to something our underwriters are a little uncomfortable with. we do our best to offer all parties our services but some people will not meet our criteria's for leasing and therefore we will offer suitable alternatives. I am more than happy to discuss any issues you have regards my team members and will implement any training requirements to ensure my team offer the highest standards of customer service. I am pleased your enjoying your vehicle and hope to have you on board for a long period of time

I am absolutely delighted with the quick service I have received from the company. Jennifer Clinton was very professional and explained all that matters in full detail. Brilliant service - very personal, and tailored leasing experience. The low entry/ deposit cost is good. The flexibility gives me the confidence in Evolution/ EVOGO, and their stability as a firm. The 'all costs included' service deal has been great for me - just add fuel, add-blue and insure the vehicle, with no hidden charges. The excess mileage is ultimately the reason I'm having to leave. And the prices have risen quite dramatically in the last 12 months.

We run a fleet of around 40 vehicles - soon to increase to around 60. I came across as the daily hire fee was competitive and was keen to trial the service. However with the initial deposit per vehicle and the what appears excessive damage fees to the returned vehicles the per day price is no longer competitive and we will probably return to Lex.

Good Morning Mr Ball, After reading your comments I investigated your concerns immediately, I remember your cars all returning last week and I also got heavily involved in the offhire of these vehicles. Looking at the bulk of the costs associated with the offhire there all around excessive mileage, we need to set mileage allowances to allow us to set monthly rates and also set a residual value for when the car returns, it is common practise with any leasing, hire or rental company to impose charges for excessive mileage and the ones we set a re a lot lower than those imposed by other companies. I have also relooked at the damage sustained to one of your vehicles, each area of the vehicles damage falls well outside the BVRLA guidelines, I have also checked on the rates you were quoted for repair and find these are under market value for the repairs, i once again understand the frustrations of customers receiving damage bills at the back end of leases, but I feel the process EVOGO operate is very transparent and fair, we are always looking to improve on all areas of our business and your comments will be taken on board. I am sorry you feel let down at the back end process but please appreciate we only look to recover damage and mileage excesses clearly set out in the T&C's when you collect the vehicles.
