“Car inside and out was filthy, required full valet, not what you would expect when having a new car delivered”

“Russel recently sorted me out with a car which i dont get until april but he went above and beyound to help me out get a car until then. So happy with the service and the car, cant wait for my new one in april. Will definetly be recommending.”

“I was not expecting the car to be going back so soon to you, I did not realise that you can ask for it back anytime to sell it. Just an inconvenience really. Then I was absolutely shocked at the cost of two tiny scratches on the door, was not expecting that at all. I would be amazed if you don't do all your own body shop work, that waffle I was told about poor us and how we will have to get it fixed. I know how car dealers work - waffle I think. Other than that the car was immaculate and the engine still purring, Im the the perfect driver, wouldn't dream of putting it in sport mode!”

“My most recent experience of swapping cars has compounded how good John Gialuca was on the previous occasions. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was not nearly as good and, in light of that, I may decide not to renew again once my next lease expires. It’s a shame because I’ve been with Evogo for over 2 years and I was so impressed when I got my first vehicle. I had also recommended Evogo to all of my friends.”

“Good hire contacts over short terms with no deposits on swap over (1 month to open original contract). Price per month might not at first appear ultra competitive but when you build in the lack of a deposit and less than a year contract and minimal tie-b2, is a no brainer. Customer service very good.”

“On my second car from Evogo and still very happy! It's a very easy and flexible alternative to car ownership. Communication could be slightly better as there was a bit of a rush to swap the car at the end of the agreement meaning we couldn't get our first choice of car. Delivery/collection options could be better too but I'm sure this will improve with time. In summary, very happy overall and would highly recommend.”
