“I started leasing a Kia Sportage from Evolution Rentals now EVOGO under their SmartDrive scheme and have been very happy with the deal and the customer care I have experienced. Incidentally it is about to be replaced by a new Kia Cee'd as my wife finds the Sportage too big for her liking. My current income is not "generous" so I wanted a deal that did not tie me in to a minimum period in case I decided I couldn't afford it at some point - or indeed if I decided to buy a car instead. Also, I was not interested in buying/owning the leased car at the end of the contract. My main reasons for choosing EVOGO SmartDrive were: - Fixed rate of monthly outgoings with no surprise bills that one can get by owning a car (new or old); - No additional costs apart from insurance and fuel/oil; So, I don't have to worry about defect rectification, maintenance, servicing, tyres (unless punctured), or Vehicle Tax and they provide breakdown cover too. - Small one-time up front payment; - No further up front payments on renewing the car; - Not tied into a 2 or 3 year contract like most Personal Contract Hire deals; - No early termination penalties - "hand it back when you don't want it any more" - A new car typically every 12 months - Wide choice of cars, though admittedly limited if you're on a tight budget. All in all the EVOGO SmartDrive deal suits me!”

“Hi I collected my seat ibeza last week and was very impressed with the service I got paperwork easy to do I did insurance day before to save time car was waiting ready very good .yes you have to collect car from Sheffield but it's only once a year for me .so yes very impressed”

“Dealt with Keith from the ordering stage of a BMW i8 - excellent guy who is obviously very busy with what they are doing but always manages to respond to my emails with in 2 hours with acurate answers to my anxious questions. Once I picked the vehicle up which was roughly on time the service has been perfect for me. We will be looking at changing our supplier of our company vans over to Evogo very shortley, will recomend the company to anyone. Excellent business mode!! Many Thanks. “I was really excited when I came across Evolution in 2015 they seam to be the right fit for my needs. I have the need for a Range Rover during the summer months for towing the for an 4x4 estate the rest of the year. The ability to have the cars rolling through really appealed. My Audi Allroad was due around Christmas and despite promises of it arriving on site with Evo never arrived. I was in need of a car and to there credit a Skoda Yeti was made available. Your car will be here in the new year but sorry we can't say why its late. By the first week of January 2016 there was still no news when the Audi or even the Range Rover would arrive. So I had the Yeti delivered back to them and ordered from my usual dealer a SVR Range Rover which appeared a few weeks later.”

Good Afternoon Tom, Thank you for your review, i have looked into your concerns and have spoken to the team regarding this situation. Unfortunately Evogo are not a car dealership or manufacturer, we are held to the lead times dictated to us by the manufacturer, Landrover product is always on a lengthy lead time and we are seeing Range rover product currently sat at 4 months build time, you may have struck lucky with the SVR Range Rover in the fact the dealer may have had a cancelled order. we are sorry our service levels never met your expectations on this occasion and we will happily take this on board and look at improving the communication levels on delivery and supply
