“Thank you to Sadie in Luton. Her handover process was second to none. She was fun and good humoured whilst covering the nitty gritty of the Ts & Cs. She took the time not only to engage in very client focused conversations to build excellent rapport but also ensured detailed and professional explanation of the contractual requirements. She had the perfect balance of fact and fun – reading the client perfectly. She is your secret weapon down South … friendly and engaging whilst professional and business focused. Nice work Sadie. I hope you do my hand over when I change my car next year.”

“I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from Russell Blythen in your sales department. He was very efficient and sent me all the information I requested by email and supported it by phone calls to clarify any areas where I needed further information. Russell was polite and good humoured through all my dealings with Evogo. He was helpful and informative and kept me updated as to delivery and the process to pick up the vehicle. He also called me on the afternoon of the pick up to make sure everything had gone smoothly and that I was satisfied. In short – an excellent client support process conducted in a friendly and professional way. Thanks Russell, I look forward to getting my next car from you.”

“I was met promptly by John G and as I have been using the service now for nearly 4 years I had all the necessary paper work etc... and the process was very simple. As usual good to see John, there was some delay with my car of 3 days as it had been taken to Durham but John was apologetic.”

“Just got a lead in car while mine arrives in about a months time. It’s my first time with evogo but won’t be my last. In and out in about 45 minutes and Nick was very helpful in sourcing the car for me and cannot fault the communication and ease of the transaction. A first class service and can’t wait for mine to arrive. Many thanks”

“Change of vehicle was efficient, friendly and courteous. Only downside was the cost of repair to alloys which was excessive. Otherwise continue to be very happy with service from EVOGO.”
