I have had my car for just under a month now and everything about the experience has been brilliant, on the day of the pick up Russell was very friendly and helpful with any queries I had!

I recently changed my Kia Sportage for a Jaguar. Russell was very helpful, the communication and service i received from end to end was very clear and efficient. Thank you for a great car yet again!

The whole process was very simple and straightforward. Dean was excellent - very professional. Took me through all the paper with no pressure at all and even made me read pages through - I never signed anything without knowing what it was and felt at ease through it all. He then took me around the vehicle and made sure I was 100% happy. Could not recommend highly enough.

I am very happy with the personal , effective , and professional manor to which Evogo work . I have had 4 cars through them in which the scheme that i am on works very well for me . It gives you the chance to have a choice of cars at really great prices with no deposit. I can highly recommend Evogo. Thank you

Numerous delays in new vehicle arriving, complete lack of communication to inform me of the delays. I had to personally make contact several times to find out any information. Asked to speak to a senior member of staff as I wasn't happy with how my order was being handled but have had no response.

Good Afternoon Jake, We are sorry to hear that you feel we have let you down with our service levels, I have spoken to the team member that was looking after you initially and there was confusion over a cancelled and re ordered vehicle, this then led to a longer lead time from manufacturer. We apologise if you feel there has been a lack of communication and I have requested your receive a call from our Sales Manager. We can offer a number of suggestions to assist until your new vehicle arrives, but we are at the hands of the manufacturer in regards to how fast they can build and deliver your new car.

Great service from Russel at Evogo. Straight forward process, easy application and fast acceptance. The car I ended up taking was far better than I imagined and the colour is fantastic!! Can't wait to try another car in a few months time. Thanks guys.

Love the car. Easy transition from one car to another. But not sure about the finance as was told some money owing on old car that I had to pay up front. I asked for someone to look in to it and also send me a copy of the final car agreement. This was passed in to financial team but two weeks later I have had no correspondence. I would appreciate someone getting back to me about this.

Last year I put off receiving my Kia Sportage as you were unable to provide me with it before Christmas. I have now decided to cancel the car all together because it has gone on to long and the buyer I had for my Freelander pulled out of the deal with me. I have e-mailed John Murray this morning to that effect also asking for my deposit of £ 300 back. I hope this will not effect me if I wish to come back to you in a later date. at this point in time I am keeping my own car for the near future. kind regards Tony

Good Afternoon Anthony, Unfortunately the one area EVOGO are not in control of is the manufacture process, even though we endeavor to meet all timescales on occasion we are let down by the manufacturer. We have arranged re credit of your deposit and it has no effect on future trade

I'm very pleased that I decided to get a car from EVOGO, just plain sailing,worry free motoring! As a pensioner I like to know exactly what expenditure I will have each month and with EVOGO I don't have to be concerned about getting one of those nasty garage bills.
