I was very impressed with your service. All staff dealing with the release of my vehicle were courteous, efficient and friendly. I felt assured by the salesperson (Sadie) that all paperwork was covered clearly and thoroughly and Paul prepared the car beautifully. I will happily recommend you to friends and family.

Just returned my car on saturday 18th August after having the car for a little over 8 months and having opted for the 10k option for mileage it was fair to say that i expected an extra charge for going over the 10k per year mileage. But, when i took the lease on i was told that if i went over the mileage Evogo would only charge me for the mileage from the next yearly mileage threshold this being 15k I was shocked to find out that I was going to be charged for 20k a year threshold and a lovely bill of £800. Please if anyone is thinking of using Evogo make sure you think of what mileage threshold you really need or be prepared to pay heavily, Is ridiculous of how they work your mileage out. EVOGO tries to avoid excess mileage charges where possible throughout the agreement; customers always have the option of upgrading their mileage allowance if it looks like they may go over their current allocation. It’s frustrating to find at the end of the agreement that you have gone over the next mileage banding, however mileage usage has a direct impact on the value of the vehicle and this means we require further payment to cover this change in value. As a gesture of goodwill, we have been able to come to a resolution with your excess mileage charges. A very simple process aided by an extremely helpful and informative sales executive Russell Blythen. The handover over was seamless. I am extremely happy with the car, the service and the entire experience.

This was my first swop and therefore my second vehicle from Evogo Nick who I dealt with was very helpful and the process was easy. really happy with the new motor and starting to think about swap number 2. What a great way to drive an New car and not have to deal with main dealer (Brilliant)

I could not fault the process from start to finish. Everything was explained and I was in the car with no problems. Russ was really friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend evogo if you want flexible contract lease or if you are like me, like to change your car often.

Second car through Evogo, new list sent through and new car picked- emailed sooner than expected and picked up next day. Absolutely love the flexibility and baffled why I even bothered with pcp/internet leases in the past. Quality.

Dean gave excellent service, dropped off Porsche macan picked up Mercedes,I find Evogo a great concept as I have had the chance to experience two beautiful cars in the space of a year.
