“I am new to leasing cars and was at first a bit sceptic.about how it would be and all seemed a bit too good to be true. BUT I recently leased a car from EVOGO and have to say the whole process was very simple and straightforward. My son made the initial enquiry on my behalf and Nick Attrill was very helpful and professional, the whole process and package was exactly how they said it would be and Sadie at their Dunstable Office went through the paperwork with me when I picked up the car up from there. I am delighted with my new Honda Jazz Automatic car, its a dream to drive, a big big thankyou to Nick Attrill and EVOGO.”

“I have just renewed my vehicle and agreement with EVOGO and the experience was excellent and was primarily down to one factor and one person and that person was Russell Blythen. My initial dealings were with Russell on my first contract and when I went to renew he had to pass over the contract to renewals and to be fair my experience here was not particularly positive, with a very much "take it or leave it" attitude and a "we're busy enough so anyone asking a question is more of a nuisance. However when I arrived to site I was pleasantly surprised when Russell took the hold of the deal. This guy is a credit to your company and has turned around my perspective on EVOGO so to be fair you owe the lad a debt as he is first class. Russell answered all questions and concerns in a very calm and attentive manner and organised a smooth transition on the new deal. Another compliment goes to Gill from accounts who was very helpful in assisting me on the new payment structure that needed tweaking. Hold on to Russell as he stands out to me as somebody who you would benefit massively by keeping!! Thanks Russell, as I was looking to move away from you guys!!”

“I just picked up my third car with EVOGO. They have an innovative business model and by recruiting and training great staff they have developed into a team that provides great customer service, whilst still retaining the flexibility and personal touch of a small business. I'd happily reccommend them; and Sadie and Terri deserve special mention this time for their super help with the exchange.”

“Decided to try something different and Evogo seemed like the easiest and best choice for us. We started proceedings, expected something to turn up and burst the bubble but no. We are now driving a top of the range car for a low monthly payment and there are no hidden concerns. It’s early days for us but so far we’re very happy with Evogo”

“I had a few teething problems at first not getting call backs emails not being answered so I asked for someone else (Dean) to take over my agreement. He did and from then everything was fantastic. I got the car quicker than expected, all emails were answered quickly and any enquiries I had were dealt with straight away. The handover of the car was with Nick and agree everything was done fantastically. Thanks Evogo.”

“The EVOGO experience is so refreshing! Very straightforward and relaxed. All of the process is completed by Email and we travelled to Luton to swap vehicles. “Pre Sales isn't the greatest... takes a while to come back to you via email, answers are not always the most helpful - some customer service improvements to be made. Upon collection or drop offs of vehicles the staff couldn't be nicer. Really quick and straight forward and happy to help! Fab service!”

“Having heard a lot of great things about Evogo from colleagues I got in touch with them as my car was due for renewal and I was looking for a different sort of deal. There I found Russell who has been fantastic in finding me the car I wanted. His communication throughout the process was responsive and speedy - often answering a number of questions as I was indecisive about which model I wanted. He didn't try and sway me into anything more expensive than I could afford and I've come away with a fantastic car that I love! Service has been fantastic the whole way through and I'd highly recommend (and in fact have!) to anyone wanting a flexible no hassle deal with peace of mind.”

“So far all good, staff were helpful and friendly. Car is lovely but more choice would be good, maybe some more options or upgrades would be nice (satnav should be standard or an option at least) but very happy with things so far. More pick up location around the country would be better too.”
