“I received the car and the previous car I rented through you was collected. All was excellent apart from the timing that I had agreed to change this over at my work was not met and this caused a lot of hassle to sort out when the car did arrive.”

“I turned up at Evogo on Saturday morning to swap my car, to find that John G already had a queue of people waiting to see him. Sadie quickly stepped in to help out, swiftly took the vehicle I was returning around for the usual returns inspection before completing all the paperwork for the new car in an extremely efficient manner. “WE HAVE BEEN USING EVO-GO FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND FIND THEM TO BE VERY FLEXIBLE AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU FROM START TO FINISH AND HELP OUT WITH EVERY ASPECT OF THE LEASING EXPERIENCE..”

“The hand over process was much better than last time at 15-20 minutes versus almost 90 minutes with Ryan on the previous handover. However, when I received the new car it was dirty both inside and out with all of the sills covered in black dirt and the seats also marked, I also had to clean the inside of teh windscreen which was covered in black dust. The car also had a scratch on the door which I noticed imediately but which had not been noticed by your own staff. The evogo offering is great from a price / proposition perspective but the customer experience is consistently poor.”
