Very smooth and easy transition from one car to another although was not informed that my lease was due for renewal until it was almost too late and was a bit rushed to say the least! That aside staff are friendly and efficient

I received the car and the previous car I rented through you was collected. All was excellent apart from the timing that I had agreed to change this over at my work was not met and this caused a lot of hassle to sort out when the car did arrive.

Hi,only problem is that the car was not up to the spec i was expecting and the lease is getting shorter,a Ferguson.

They sorted the car I was looking for without a problem and it was delivered on time as promised. Can't argue with that.

Everything was so easy to get started. The whole process of being a completely new customer was very quick. The guys that I met down there were very professional. Would recommend the company. On the downside, just small things, but for me I really noticed them, they stood out, no one could tell me what equipment the car came with. I couldn't visit to see the car first, and would have liked to of known what came with the car. I was advised to check on the manufacturers own website and see what the car would have, I did that but the car I was supplied with was different in some ways and didn't come with certain things. It would be good if there was a list with the vehicle showing the customer the vehicle has for example, sat nav, heated leather seats, automatic dimming main beam lights etc. Small things like that. I was in effect getting rid of my last car and leasing a new one in the hope it would be better and have more things. Seems strange the company doesn't know what is inside their own cars? Also the car wasn't clean on the outside. Inside was wasn't "new car clean", crumbs, dust, smudges on glass. It takes away from some of the professionalism. Other than those things though, everything was fine, quick and easy. And I would recommend using the company to others!

The best company by far evo go 5 star all the way Customer service best in the world best in this contry by far I have been leasing from evo go for over a year and every time I change the car the customer service and the cars just keep getting better and better excellent job from all the team And especially ryan is a great member of the team always goes the extra mile for us by selecting the right car for are next choice Thank you so much and I look forward to doing business for many years to come 👍👍

The Car standard is very good. However I was very confused when I asked for the car to be collected. I asked on 16th March for the car to be collected as i did'nt need it any more and my insurance had finished for it. I was told that the earliest collection date would be 29th March and no charge would be made for collection, the date of collection was changed to 30th. I have been invoiced until 30th, If I had known that I would have been invoiced for the two weeks that the car was not being used I would have taken one days insurance out on the car to return it. I am disappointed in that. I look forward to your comments.

The experience is definitely not a dealer experience. Take it or leave it are the options. That said I have recommended Evogo and my friend and her husband. They went ahead with a deal, my brother and a colleague are in the market and I have told them to go for it. It's worth having to wash your new car yourself as it is excellent value and the flexibility of change is brilliant.

Love the car. Easy transition from one car to another. But not sure about the finance as was told some money owing on old car that I had to pay up front. I asked for someone to look in to it and also send me a copy of the final car agreement. This was passed in to financial team but two weeks later I have had no correspondence. I would appreciate someone getting back to me about this.

Very straightforward way of leasing a car. It is good not to be tied into a lengthy contract.

it was all very quick and well-handled, the only negative was when I said yes to it all suddenly I was asked for a 'deposit' which turned out not to be a deposit i.e. something you get back, but rather an extra month's payment - not great, and a shame as everything else went well.

I think your proposition is excellent and your staff (John G) very helpful and knowledgeable. It's a shame you are based in Sheffield as I live in Oxford but I haven't been able to find anything like your offering for the same price near me. Could you open a southern office please?
