“This is a great idea for people like me; I get bored of having the same car for 3 years. The service of the guys at Evogo is second to nothing. The response is quick and they handle the pick up really well. The cars are clean and ready to go. I'd recommend it to anyone.”

“V Good service - thanks Lewis. However, I was alarmed to see there was a 30% price rise to replace my Audi A6 like for like, and all the other prices have gone up significantly. Value is the main reason I chose EVOGO, and there is suddenly much less value...”

Hi Jon, thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the price change. Unfortunately, due to a number of changes within the industry and due to this version of the Audi A6 being the new model, we were unable to maintain our previous pricing from 2018. “This is my 3rd car with EVOGO and the whole process is simple and efficient, I have recommended to several friends who also now use them. The only negatives for me are; I wish you could order any vehicle and I would sometimes like to keep them for a little longer (only had my last one for 6 months)”

“Collect a car from Luton. She was a lovely lady but to be on her own is a joke. We had to clean the thick snow off the new vehicle with our hands so I could expect the car before driving it away. Poor lady didn’t have anything or anyone to help with this. Not really the service I was expecting. Can’t fault the car or how polite she was, totally not her fault.”

“Evogo is exactly what is says on the tin, simple, hassle-free and and they get you in a brand new car with no fuss. From completing an application to picking up your new car, the process is as smooth as it could be. This will be the third car I've had with them as there isn't the stresses that sometimes come with owning your own vehicle, paying for tax, vehicle depreciation, and painting the vehicle for servicing etc! For someone like myself that gets bored of cars very easily this is the perfect option for me to be able to change my car often and not lose a lot of money like I have done in the past..never again! I'd give them a strong 4/5 stars overtime because for me the only way they could be outstanding is by offering some sort of referral recognition, whatever that may be, I've introduced two family members to them and currently have one in the pipeline, I also do mention it to a lot of people when they ask about my cars, however if they did something like this I know for a fact I'd see a lot more new customers in their direction! Other than that I've never had any issues and they are brilliant, lets hope they can keep up with my demand for top model cars with a good spec!”

“A great flexible service. Lewis was helpful and understanding to our unusual circumstances and found us a great value hybrid which is cheap to run and perfect for our current needs. Whilst we were only looking at a short term arrangement, we are now currently thinking about staying on with Evogo longer term”

“Terrible customer service. Had my car stolen and EVOGO did nothing to help in this situation. Simply collected the car from the impound and left me with no car and no care after being a customer for 5 years. My insurance company agreed to carry out the repair works and return the car to me, Evogo is wouldn’t allow this and didn’t even offer me a courtesy car. They even had the cheek to email me an invoice for the next monthly payment after the car was no longer in my possession. Just terrible. Avoid at all costs!”

“From the minute I was introduced to EVOGO and my contact Lewis at your Sheffield office, we were regularly kept up to date on the progress of my application and advised on when the car I was leasing and having for the interim period would be ready. On the day of collecting the Qashqai I was updated that it was ready, and Paul at your Dunstable office went through everything that we needed to know. This was also as it was the first time we had used EVOGO. As normally I would purchase a car outright. My partner and I are looking forward to working with the company. On arrival home with the Qashqai it was good to get a call from Lewis to check that we were happy with the car and service received. Regards Graham Cross & Mrs Denies Martin.”
