“I am now in my second year with Evogo and have been pleased with the service levels across the team. Handover of my last car was quick and efficient. I think the best thing is peace of mind fixed costings and worry free motoring and a car management system that works for all.”

“Efficient turnaround and very friendly staff. Mileage incorrect on agreement but soon rectified. Had to pay £72 for scratch on wheel which I hadn't seen but that is ok as part of the deal. Am happy with the new car.”

“This is my second vehicle hire with you. I was not asked to sign a new contract after 89 days for my first vehicle, which i should have been, and was very surprised when I was phoned to be told the car was needed back asap; I had had the car approx 6 months. My next car of choice was not available so had to choose a vehicle which I didn't really want in a colour I didn't want. So my 'poor ' rating is for no advanced notice so I could work with EVOGO to order the vehicle of my choice before handing back the car. Not enough pro activity / forward thinking/ customer care from the sales team.”

“Dealing with Evogo is a pleasure. When you read about how they operate and the deals they offer, you will probably be a little cynical about it all. Don't be. I have just changed my car - swapped it over for another brand new car - drove it away, no money exchanged. Fantastic service to boot. My Evogo contact is Nick Attrill, who made sure everything went as smoothly as possible and was very patient when I couldnt make up my mind which car to swap to. Couldn't recommend Evogo highly enough”

“Hayley Stansbury was great when helping me with my previous car. Some paintwork was damaged while cleaning it which I was really worried about potentially having to pay for. After speaking to Hayley, her reassurance made me feel much better about the situation. My only negative feeback would be that some members of the team don’t put much effort into email communication. As I work in a customer service focused company, I’d like to see a little more of that! Many thanks, Dan”

“My experience with evogo is generally very good. The only criticism I would make is that I've been told frequently when calling evogo that , " ..... is with a customer, ...... will call you back." I realise that the business is very busy, but I have rarely been called back the same day. I've just picked up a car today and I'm very pleased with it except that when I got back I had to vacuum the car as it had a lot of 'bits' (of leaves I think) throughout the interior and there were dirty marks on the inner sills particularly in the rear of the car. It all cleaned quite easily so no real problem.”
