“As a new customer the whole process very smooth with Russell really helping with every question I had. He would reply very quickly with the information needed. The 2 specific cars (model, spec and trim) weren't available but Russell managed to find me a car that I hadn't previously considered which suits all of my needs and more. The added bonus of a slight price reduction just before signing up was a very welcome surprise. The pickup was hassle free, very friendly and attentive staff helped get me driving home in the new car in no time.”

“I have dealt with Evogo for over a year and had three cars. Service is great, straight forward and simple. The winning member of the team there is Jude Colton who helped me recover parking fines from a company who shouldn't have charged me. The staff there are great, friendly professional”

“I recently swapped my car through Evogo and Nick Attrill was fantastic throughout the whole process. “I’ve only just found out how to write a review so a little belated but wanted to say a huge thank you to all the Evogo team especially Hayley and John G for fixing us up with my Audi Q7 which is definitely the best car I’ve ever had and so economical for its size and performance and our Mini Cooper SE hybrid which is perfect for short city trips . This is my 3rd car and Georgina’s 2nd and we wouldn’t consider anywhere else now for great deals and customer service. Chris and Georgina Pearson.”

“This has been our first time using EVOGO and wow, we will definitely be using them again! We had a vehicle written off and within 24 hours were back on the road with almost the identical vehicle. “Good service but now the pricing is stupid. Got this Kia end of Feb and now 9.5 months later it has gone from £240 to £310. Maybe only going after business customers.”

“I find the flexibility of the short term lease deal very useful with no large up-front payment to put me off. I really enjoyed driving my first car (Mercedez A200) and when I contacted Lewis about renewing he was extremely helpful and willing to offer advice about the current vehicles in stock. He sent over photo's of the cars I was interested in and was happy to answer any questions I had about the model and spec etc. Lewis also arranged for the handover to be done within a few days and made sure that I was aware of all of the necessary information that would be required. Have recommended Evogo to many of my friends who currently have lease cars.”

“I am Evago returning customer ( with you over 2 years , never missed a PAMENT )I was shocked by the decision of your underwriters to say that my contract with you was cancelled with no explanation. It turned out that they did not realise that payments were coming from my joint account with my husband - Christopher Rawlins - on which Chris is the first account-holder. It would have been very easy for Evogo to check this matter with me - instead, the underwriters decided to go straight to cancellation. In the end, this was all sorted out with intervention from Lewis. However, the whole incident was unnecessary and quite upsetting. That been said , I found Lewis very helpful and must said the guy is Luton office ( witch I didn't catch his name Asian man ) who was dealing with my exchange car was also very friendly and very professional.”
