“The car I was placed in had ..... on the petrol mileage gage. Car flashed as insufficient fuel and had to refuel straight away without any warning from yourselves. So below the gage that £20 petrol only put in 113 miles. Tested the next £20 and it adds around 156 miles to the car. It was that below and that too me is poor customer service.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish, great choice of cars - i chose a Seat Ibiza, it was ready when promised, the collection and paperwork was all done on the same day. It couldn't have been any easier. Communication from Evogo was spot on. I really like the flexibility of being able to change cars more often and Evogo make it possible. Thanks to Dean and Hayley for arranging everything.”

“We have been leasing cars from EVOGO for a while now and we are on our third car. The service you deliver is outstanding and any problems are dealt with very efficient and professional. We were having problems with our old car so Jennifer Clinton suggested using EVOGO as a temporary solution and we have never looked back and have been using your company for well over a year. Mrs. G. “Handover of new car was very good although the petrol tank was showing zero when driving away. At least a gallon of petrol would have been appropriate. John G was the salesperson I dealt with and found him both helpful and knowledgeable. All the necessary paper work was duly presented and signed and the transfer of vehicles went really well. John went round the new vehicle with me to make sure everything was in order. I did a direct swap of Q3 for Q3 which was fine, my only concern would be your availability of another make e.g: Mercedes C class or VW R line. Finally the Q3 I did return was presented in pristine condition and it would have been nice for someone to have made an appropriate comment.”

“Overall the experience was satisfactory. Weve had cars for over 2 years now and in the main the service is good, but recently prices have gone up quite alarmingly and the focus has seemed to shift from getting the car you want to the car you would prefer us to have already on site”
