Prior to ordering I spoke to Craig to ask if they would be delivered ontime as they were for a special works event and was promised they would be so proceeded to ordering them . Excellent service. However after few calls with concerns about dispatch was still promised delivery on schedule, Was told they were out for delivery (lied) this didn't happen so event missed . After this I sent messages but was completely ignored. They knew the error but just didn't want to face the complaint unfortunately

Good communication but the branded items delivered were poor. The branding came off the merchandise in a few weeks, defeating the reason to have it branded in the first place. Shame as was intending to reorder.

I have always previously used Everything Branded and they had been really good. Jake the account manager was always on hand and accommodating with every requirement and request we needed. The product are good and always what we ask for. I have now been handed over a new account manager Anthony who has not been forthcoming. I made payment for an order but due to his delays the product was out of stock. I requested a refund and he has ignored my emails.

I have to say that the bottles we ordered were superb. Really good quality print and a good standard throughout. However, we didn't receive the bottles in time for our Open Morning even though I followed up multiple times regarding this to make sure they would arrive on time. I was told originally they would arrive on the 13th but they arrived on the 19th. It would be better for them to set up a direct line with the sales staff or other staff so that you can follow up more easily.

We were assured by Jay in the sales team that they would flash print our mugs. So the orange of our logo would stand off the black mugs. The mugs arrived with the orange printed directly onto the black, meaning they looked brown - exactly not what we agreed. EB sent a courier to collect the goods. I called for Jay last week, he did not contact me back, but did contact my colleague back after they chased. I called today, told as usual that Jay is not available. I said I would wait, the lady on the other end said ok, bye and hung up. Called again, trying to resolve the issue now. There should not be so many issues with simply getting mugs printed as agreed. Case now passed onto manager - Jake.

Really dissapointing service. Have been trying for over 2 weeks now to get help with a very basic question. Contact form was submitted 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. Have since emailed 6 days ago and heard nothing. Would be 1 star but previously did a good job on some mugs for us. Have since taken my business elsewhere for Lanyard printing.

So far the service has been slow. I submitted artwork a day ago and still haven't received a response. They quote an hour or up to 48 hours at the weekend, this is a week day so was expecting same day response. I'm not keen on the fact you can't just buy the product. You have to wait for them to send you a quote. If I don't get a response in the next few hours then I'm going to use a different company.

I placed an order with a short time request (01/06 for event on 09/06), part turned up for my event after being delivered to an incorrect address, I was assured the other part of the order that was due 07/06/2021 would be delivered no later than 07/06/2021 is still not here despite chasing up. Ben was professional however I have no faith in the company.

Ordered branded white yo-yos . ordering service was good. delivery was quick. the Yo-Yos were poor -- many broke or were tangled. we ordered 250 , of which 50-70 were binned. we informed Everything Branded, no apology was given.

We were super happy with the service. Actually, we're not disappointed with the customer service itself, because Stacey helped us A LOT throughout the whole process, maybe it's a providers' issue… We were expecting ALL the goods to arrive on October the 5th and we were super clear about our due date… We're still missing something URGENT. Unfortunately, we have to point it out because you guys guaranteed everything would be arriving on time and well, it's not.

Adam Squires was great but the suppliers of the mints were supposed to deliver them on Friday 15 June before the Royal Meeting and we actually received them on 21 June, half way through! Unfortunately, this hasn't sat well with me. Thank you, Sukaina

Started out with requesting a free visual of an item via the website. A week later still no visual so I rang the company and got through to Steve who I must say was extremely helpful in helping is with the design of the product and giving us prices and so on. We were given dates for our items to be ordered, had paid for both items we were wanting. The first item arrived with no issues, Great! The next arrived yesterday after being told it would arrive on 11.05.18. Before the arrival I contacted the company to ask where delivery was to be told they would be contacting the courier. I then receive an email to say that I hadn't approved the artwork. I had' and had the email sitting in front of me whilst being told that I had not sent it... Other false promises such as calls back, apparently they don't chase you for approval (even though I'd already given it) and I had already paid the full amount for both items which seems odd the money just sitting in their account. I do not think I will be using everything branded again the customer service massively let you down as a company, and the way in which I was spoken to on the phone yesterday proved that.

I dealt with Louis who was very efficient...except, they accepted my order (and took money) but then i was told i couldn't have what i wanted. (2 of my 4 choices were 'out of stock') This was a huge disappointment. i accepted an alternative as im attending a trade show so needed something, but to take the order in the first place was wrong IMO. I accept that perhaps it wasn't EBs fault per se as their supplier let them down. If i'd have got what i ordered i'd have given FIVE stars, but i can't. If it helps, Louis was easy to deal with and very apologetic about the order.

The initial quote, ordering and invoice process all worked fine, and the finished product (mugs) were good. However, the process of getting an acceptable artwork proof and therefore getting the process properly started was much more time consuming and difficult than it should have been. I was repeatedly sent poor quality proofs (artwork blurry, images off-centre) despite sending the images in the format requested, clearly explaining our requirements and giving detailed feedback after receiving each substandard proof. The person at Everything Branded who I dealt with (Jiten) rather than get to grips with the design issues, kept making comments including that he hasn't looked at his own company's website, that he hadn't checked the proofs from the designer before forwarding them to me, and repeatedly made the point about how busy he was. I would not use Everything Branded again.

Having started off on a very positive note, with a good phone call with Liam Benson, it went downhill from there. I was promised samples, some of which still have yet to arrive. Communication was poor; I regularly had to chase for updates or information. Despite being offered tracking info for my order, which I said 'yes' to, I received nothing. Nor did I receive re-quotes for other items. Having placed a single order, I was left no option but to engage with an alternative provider for my remaining 3 items. Having started my procurement process weeks before I needed the items, the delays caused by dealing with you, had knock on effects when I approached an alternative provider. Everything was rushed and very stressful; but due to the fantastic assistance the other provider gave me, my items arrived the day before my event. I am sorry to say, it was not a great experience dealing with Everythingbranded at all.

Dealt with a lovely young man called Tom, by phone and e-mail. Great to have someone to talk to! But it was a careless visual, with an upper case letter that clearly wasn't in my message. That was one slight delay. The payment was approved on 6/9/17 but then there was a complete failure to process the order until I rang up on the supposed day of delivery. We have gone ahead with the order nonetheless and look forward to receiving our bamboo mugs. Here's the demise of single use plastic and the reduction of plastic use overall!

Disappointing response following not receiving ordered items in time, accused of refusing a delivery that wasn't even made, not notified of failed attempt or contacted to try to rearrange (I doubt they were even attempted to be delivered) now have to wait over a week for the next delivery missing the opportunity / reason why I ordered them for marketing event. Will not use everything branded again.

Hi, Thank you for the review. We're sorry for the unfortunate situation. Although as soon as you reported the lost items we found the items within 30 minutes and organised them to be send out to you for next day delivery, it obviously isn't ideal that this was the case. The issue was UK Mail lost the label so the products were sitting in their depot. It’s an unfortunate situation even though we resolved the issue within half an hour of you letting us know you hadn’t received the products.
