“So far the service has been slow. I submitted artwork a day ago and still haven't received a response. They quote an hour or up to 48 hours at the weekend, this is a week day so was expecting same day response. I'm not keen on the fact you can't just buy the product. You have to wait for them to send you a quote. If I don't get a response in the next few hours then I'm going to use a different company.”
