“Really dissapointing service. Have been trying for over 2 weeks now to get help with a very basic question. Contact form was submitted 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. Have since emailed 6 days ago and heard nothing. Would be 1 star but previously did a good job on some mugs for us. Have since taken my business elsewhere for Lanyard printing.”

“Jake and Reece are always extremely attentive. They are keen to offer product advice, visuals and work hard on delivery logistics to fulfil the clients needs. Customer service is a huge plus when working with them both, they are always available on the phone or email to answer those key questions. Lastly, the quality of the product has never needed to be questioned, which completes the overall experience and service.”

“Cameron provided great service when we were looking for some late notice notebooks and lanyards. The product arrived 2 days ahead of schedule and look fantastic. Cameron was responsive and very helpful, we will definitely be using this service again :)”

“I was ordering branded material for an event at really late notice and Scott Pickworth was really helpful in quickly replying, helping me understand what I can order, changing proofs last minute, guiding through process etc. Thought I was going to be in for a stressful experience but Scott made it super easy. Looking forward to getting the items!”

“Very Poor customer service & Delivery… Items were needed for a specific date, instead of saying this date can’t be archived payment was still taken and told it would be fine. Items arrived 5 days late & everything branded took no responsibility other then blaming 3rd party couriers who when you contact directly won’t disclose any information as they are then “senders” clients and nothing to do with the “receiver” I would highly recommend not paying upfront and paying once good have been received as Everything branded will not issue refunds”

“Great products with EverythingBranded, really impressed with the quality and the logo placements. Delivery times were the same as what our contact Alex Brune said, but it would have been nice to have delivery tracking for peace of mind! One product did unfortunately break in the process but we were offered a refund.”
