Cannot recommend Marcus' service enough, was fantastic from start to finish. Always provides great customer service, with fast responses and always makes sure I am satisfied with the design and product no matter how long this takes. Nothing is too much for him and he's always happy to help, answer any questions and give advice. Would highly recommend.

Everything Branded is becoming a regular and preferred supplier of ours and our Account Manager Cameron continues to go above and beyond. We’re a complex not for profit group with multiple brands and Cameron always does his best to work with our short turn around requests and advising us on the best way to maximise our spend across multiple products. Ordered some coasters for my wedding and there was a misprint on them. Marcus Bacon did a great job of sorting out a complete new batch and having them sent out. He was very responsive and helpful.

Abby was absolutely amazing, and her response times were so super quick that we managed to go from initial proofs to ordering in less than 2 days! If I could award less stars I would do. A long drawn out process getting samples and even longer getting product. When it came in two of the lines were faulty. They refused to accept any responsibility for poor quality and misplaced printing. Eventually they did. Still waiiting for the agreed discount refund on stock we don't really want and the other faulty products to be replaced as agreed. E-mails and phone messages go unsanswered. It's been nearly 3 months. Oh, and we're a tiny charity. We don't have money to waste on merchandise. I'll go back to a local supplier.

I have dealt with Marcus Bacon at Everything Branded for a few years now and have always had total confidence in the order being delivered as signed and promised. Always very helpful and doesn't keep me waiting on emails. I will use Marcus in the future as he is professional and more importantly truthful unlike some companies out there.

Shocking products and even worse customer service! Signed off the proof before Christmas only for the bottles to arrive with the printing 50% the size of the proof and the colour being a 10% tint of the agreed colour. I contacted my account lead by email and was ignored. I contacted my account lead by phone and was ignored again. I then requested a full refund and mentioned the reasons (with photo proof) and was met with a sarcastic and petulant reply stating that I have signed off the proof and highlighting that I had sent the proof image of design instead of the final design 5 - pointless and time wasting message as the image on the final proof was BIGGER than the previous in version four - the colour remained the same throughout. It would suggest to me they get a lot of these complaints and resort to a default response. I asked to speak with a manager as to why the member of staff was trying to argue that the quality was terrible by suggesting I was looking at the wrong proof. I was told I had to follow procedure and the products we collected a week ago on Monday. I emailed Jordan to tell him that the bottles have been and have not heard back since. Not even a courtesy email to say he will look out for the bottles and refund the payment as soon as possible. I am not stuck with a company letting down a non profit children's football club and the club sitting around waiting for a refund to be made, with zero contact in between. I would never be using this company again and would rather pay extra and be provided with what was agreed and paid for and know there will be even the smallest customer service if ever a problem is met.

Mik from start to finish was amazing! Always there to provide support, make any changes we needed, with an extremely tight deadline! Even after dispatch, he was efficient at keeping us informed of any queries we may have. A thoroughly enjoyable customer journey, from beginning to end. Will definitely be using Everything Branded again for any branded items we’ll need in the future. Wouldn’t also hesitate in recommending to any business in need of their products.

I'm glad I got the delivery, and I'm happy with the materials, which are what we agreed to back when we were planning. The process was absolutely appropriate from start to finish, and I highly suggest your services to others with similar needs.
