“Cameron Robertson has been great from start to finish, he is always on hand and answers queries very quickly. The process from initial enquiry to the products arriving was much faster than I thought and Cameron was very accommodating throughout. I will definitely use Everything Branded again and will contact Cameron for my next order.”

“For over 2 weeks we called more than a dozen times and every single time we were told that our sales representative Richard S. was busy. We had a time-sensitive order and could not get any updates about it. We asked repeatedly to get a tracking number and they would not provide it. When they finally did provide it it was passed when the order was due and it wasn't for both of the orders. It was only for one. The order arrived weeks after it was needed, we have sent over a dozen emails, and they are not responding. None of our phone calls were responded to. It's likely the worst experience I've ever had with a promotional products company. I've ordered hundreds of thousands of dollars of promotional products from a variety of companies have never experienced anything quite this awful. I highly encourage you to find any other business but this one”

“I was researching conference bags and was pointed in the direction of Everything Branded. My contact was Marcus Bacon. Although (at this point) I only wanted to purchase one sample product the service was none-the-less excellent. The sample arrived quickly and is very good quality. “I ordered the tumblers on 3/21/22 with the expectation that they would be delivered on Wednesday 3/23/22. • I called Monday 3/28/22 and spoke with Lauren who then told me the order was somehow held at the warehouse/production and Lauren Kind (acct manager) was not told or advised. • I requested the order be cancelled and asked for a refund on 3/28/22. I made the request over the phone, which Lauren then told me she would work on that and get back to me the next day. Didn’t receive any calls or emails. • Called again and have since spoke to Kara, and Zach in customer service and today, Brock. I was told twice that someone would get back to me. • 3/31/22 I received the order I cancelled at my office. All 80 of the tumblers which shows a ship date of 3/29/22. • The color on the tumblers that were shipped out are Green and not teal as I had ordered them. 4/11/22- I have since spoken to Kara-Zach-Brock-Ellis and now Tyler and have gotten no answers to my requests.Communication is terrible at this company and have done nothing to correct their problem. I will not use this company, dont trust them!”

“I placed an order for a number of items with Mehul. All items arrived perfectly except one! The wrong item was sent, Mehul rectified this on the same day I emailed and within a week my correct item was here. Thank you for all your help Mehul, you were fantastic. Will be back soon!”
