Utterly shambolic. They've taken the money but over a month after the order was place there is no product, no delivery information, no refund, no communication. The live chat and telephone service (both presumably run by third-parties) make promises of email or telephone follow-up that never comes. If it goes on any longer, the next stop will be a report to the police for fraud.

Daniel was prompt responding to my enquiry and very helpful. Pleased with cool bags with logo which were as shown in sample pictures. Arrived quickly following the order being placed. Would use again

We got some stress balls and notepads branded. Happy with the quality of the product. Daniel, the Account Manager dealing with my enquiry, was great in putting it all through quickly and hassle-free. Recommended.

Daniel was excellent - he made sure my order was swiftly fulfilled and was super reactive when I needed to make some changes. I 'm very grateful. The product and the service were all one could hope for.

What kind of company is this!!! seems like they don't want your business!! been trying to place an order since yesterday and all we get is someone will call you!!! They have an outside company that answers the call and says I will pass on the message and get someone to call you back without any time frame! They ask you to fill out the form on the website but it doesn't give any reference number same on the chat when it works! I hope you will take this feedback and do something with it! All I would say to everyone who needs items urgently good luck using this company!

We had a good experience with Everything Branded and our Account Manager Daniel Danes. The Cow Bells we ordered are fantastic and will really add to our Ski Racing trip with school. Daniel clearly laid out the printer's concerns with the small writing in our school logo and gave great advice. The printing has worked well, everything is clear, even the tiny date we were founded. I received some extra email requests around payment for our products but a conversation with Daniel quickly resolved the issue. Thanks again.

From start to finish I have received quality customer service. Craig answered all my questions and couldn’t have asked for anymore. Product is exactly what was requested and was well aware of how it looked before receiving.

Excellent customer service and help from Daniel Ogden which made the whole process very easy and trouble free. All questions and e mails answered extremely promptly. Fast turn around of order and goods excellent quality.

Disorganised and useless. Having multiple items printed and all have gone wrong. Was under the impression that everything was being printed having been signed off and paid, but over a week later they're losing emails, and nothing is in production despite assurances it was. I'm now 36 hours away from our largest event of the year with no stock, and I'm cancelling half my Christmas pre-orders as Everything Branded is unable to produce what had been agreed. Waste of time. AVOID.

Products were delivered promptly and in perfect condition, exactly what we asked for! Our sales contact, Normalya Mocado, was continually patient and supportive throughout the entire order process. Highly recommend and would definitely order from them again!
