“My account manager Ben Jones has always provided exceptional customer service throughout the years. During the pandemic which affected everyone worldwide, he continuously provided product details, updates on delivery times and always kept me in the loop so I could pass on any relevant information to management. The level of professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness is second to none. I will always recommend working with Everything Branded for any marketing materials and if Ben Jones to be your account manager it would be an extra bonus!”

“Cameron has been exceptionally helpful and 'on the ball' with every request I've made. I've been against the clock with some of the products that I've needed for forthcoming events and he has made sure that I've received everything on time, from quotes, designs, invoices and goods! “With no idea what I was ordering in terms of mugs, printing, positioning etc, I had a great call with Cameron Robertson who effectively took the details from me and made the order happen on the same day! “I made an urgent order for 1000 mugs and pens in December with Ben Jones (Account Manager). Ben was great with his customer service. I received the order prior to Christmas which was essential as this was a gift for staff. Throughout the process Ben communicated fast and effectively with myself. This enabled the order to run smoothly. I am grateful for Bens excellent customer service and due to this, I would ordered from Everything Branded again.”

“After waiting since November for personalised pens and being let down by a local firm that kept pushing our order to future dates and then telling us out of stock and pushing order to mid February. I found this company online and requested a quote after uploading our logo and requirements. I did this before I left work and the very next morning Mehul Anand emailed and had sent me a proof, I changed the text colour, speedily he amended my requirements. I had final proof, paid invoice and awaited delivery. Always nervous using new firm but I had no worries they arrived a week later just as stated. Highly recommend this company, we will use again. “Great planning and design service. The web site was easy to use. I was assisted with my design by Vishal, who worked quickly and efficiently to get the documentation over to me for checking and signing. I ordered branded pens with our company logo. The pens are of good quality for the price and the printing is great. The only downside (which was partly due to the Christmas break) was the length of time it took to get the merchandise - it was a month from ordering as apparently the courier had lost the package so they had to be re-printed, hence why I gave 4 stars and not 5.”

“Everything branded is always very competitive on price. Reece always provides excellent customer service, always being available and responding promptly in an ever changing world. Reece has a great knowledge of all products and is up to date on new items as well as website products. Our clients are demanding and always changing items and ideas, which is never a problem for Reece and his team. Products are of a great quality and our clients love everything we have ordered and delivered so far.”
