“Ben Jones has helped us out with numerous last minute orders, which has been very much appreciated. His customer service is fantastic, and we cannot fault the service we receive. Everything we have ordered has arrived on time (with very short lead times sometimes!) and has looked fabulous. Our customers have been very happy with their items.”

“Terrible experience from the start. Only some of the product arrived, the rest was supposed to follow. On arrival of the first batch the quality was disgusting (see video), I emailed to say they weren't good enough, and wanted a refund for the rest of my order which they ignored and after a couple of months the rest of the order cane at even a poorer quality, the print wasn't even clear before you touched them. One use and the writing is smudged!”
