“I got in contact with this company for some branded caps. I was impressed with the quick, professional service provided to me by Ben. Communication was clear and responses were fast (which is always very nice as this isn't the case with every company). Clearly they (and Ben) understand the importance of quick, efficient customer service that is very polite and professional.”

“Jake Lindsay has been fantastic at ordering a branded tablecloth and mints for a careers event we are exhibiting at next week. Our deadline for receiving the merchandise was tight but Jake has been great at getting proofs to me quickly to check. Everything has been delivered with a week to spare. “They say you judge customer service when it all goes wrong and how it's dealt with! My first order of pens were delivered with a significant number showing blurred and scratched designs. Apparently they were not given sufficient time for the design to dry before despatch. Upon receiving my complaint, I was dealt with very courteously and professionally by Jake who arranged for my order to be redone, given sufficient time to dry and then despatched. Thanks Jake for a great service.”
