“From start to finish can't fault the service from Marcus Bacon. Any response was very quick and nothing too much trouble. Very pleased with the resulting items. Based on my experience wouldn't fail to recommend or use in the future. Thank you”

“Looked on the website to buy some branded gin glasses and sent an enquiry in. The sales rep sent back everything but a gin glass quote, so I went back to her again to say I asked for a gin glass cost. She then told me that they no longer stock gin glasses. Explained maybe she should have started with that! She then just replied and said thanks for your response!! Rude customer service and attitude, great service from Normalya Mocado”
