“I had fantastic service from Cameron, who helped us place an important order for delivery in a really short space of time. Everything we purchased arrived on time and was great quality. Will absolutely be using Everything Branded again.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. You will not get your order on time even if you get told multiple times you will. You will have to call and email multiple times to even get any answers, they will say let me check into that and never get back to you. You'll get ignored, hung up on and everything else. And then if you have an issue with anything they do nothing to compensate you. They offer a discount on future orders, but after the horrible customer you recieved you are sure to never order from them again. Have had way better service with any promo. I'd suggest going through them. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DON'T ORDER THROUGH EVERYTHING BRANDED.”

“They say you judge customer service when it all goes wrong and how it's dealt with! My first order of pens were delivered with a significant number showing blurred and scratched designs. Apparently they were not given sufficient time for the design to dry before despatch. Upon receiving my complaint, I was dealt with very courteously and professionally by Jake who arranged for my order to be redone, given sufficient time to dry and then despatched. Thanks Jake for a great service.”
