As a company we use Everything Branded for quite a few of our stationary we use and other products, we are very happy with the outcome of each product. There is great customer service, we deal directly with Marcus Bacon who is always gives a great experience when ordering anything new and is always very helpful.

Crome the start of my enquiry Daniel Danes has been extremely supportive. Not being very sure of the process I have been given the help I needed every step of the way. The pens I ordered have arrived today and are perfect, just what I asked for and delivered in plenty of time thank you

I have just ordered some cut out fridge magnets as part of our company merchandise. I was in direct contact with Sarah and have been blown away with the service provided. From early enquiry, to attentiveness when I was waiting on designs to processing the order the whole process has been seamless. Within 2 hours they provided a proof of the artwork to approve, and once approved was in production within the same hour. Can't wait for them to arrive, thanks guys!

I dealt primarily with Alex Cunningham. Alex is an excellent Account Manager to deal with and was very responsive and helpful. While he was away, his colleague Callum Burton also helped me and was equally as responsive and pleasant to work with. The merchandise was delivered within the agreed timeline and we were happy with the finished product.

Ordered 20 mugs for the team as a gift. Was sent 9 of 20. Company is refusing to send the 11 missing mugs saying they sent them, but they didn't. They are refusing to put the situation right and are essentially saying we lied. Buyer beware.

I recently placed an order with Marcus Bacon, Senior Account Manager. Marcus was extremely helpful sourcing numerous quotes and suggested suitable items that I could order for some of our upcoming events. Marcus went out of his way to find out delivery times and the sizes and weights of the items to help provide this info to our event courier. He was also very efficient and polite when responding and showcases excellent customer service skills. Thank you!

We recently rebranded Mik, our account manager was incredibly helpful. We had very tight turn around times but he was able to assist and offer the best options available. The line of communication has been fantastic with responses to questions very quick, which has helped us to get everything in time

item not delivered within the lead time difficult to follow up with anyone, no response via email no communication as to issues with delivery event has to go ahead without any items to giveaway

The customer service was incredible. Cameron kept me updated throughout every stage of the order. Whenever there was a query or concern, he checked and got back to me within 15 minutes. He was honest, reliable, and extremely helpful. The quality of the order was fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Products are great and customer is too when you're ordering and spending money. Getting updates on deliveries and having them scheduled accurately has been incredibly stressful now. Three orders. Three horrendously stressful times. On hold with no answer by phone for over 10 minutes (long distance) and three days without an answer by email.
