“Although the 3 ball box shrubs with timber stems are sold as being suitable for outdoors, they are most definitely not. My first order of 3 trees (£450 approximately) lasted just over 12 months before they rotted away and fell over. These were replaced and I repotted them to ensure that water could not sit around the base. These lasted about 18 months before rotting from the top. Replacement was declined as the warranty had expired. I did have recourse under the trade descriptions act, but decided not to pursue it.They are for indoor use only, and to sell them as suitable for outdoors is misleading.”

“Nice baskets, rubbish delivery service. Left outside main door of flats within full view of road even though had they bothered to ring I was there.”

“The geraniums look great in the two pots I have on my upper windowsills. I would always favour living plants over fakes, but I am unable to access the pots to water them on a regular basis. These 'stand-ins' look like the real deal.”

“I ordered the maple trailing ivy which I've assembled in a pot on a tall wooden plant stand. It looks OK but a bit plasticky. It serves the purpose though as I've had several other live plants in pot on the stand but because it is near a radiator and a rather dark corner of room the plants have always died. From a distance it looks pretty good. I can say it serves the purpose and adds a bit of interest to the room.”

“We bought the boxwood hedge in a timber trough and really pleased. The perfect size to form a waist height barrier and hide an ugly dividing railing on the balcony between us and our neighbours. It really does look realistic. Didn’t give 5 stars as I thought the delivery person man handled it a bit on delivery!”

“I found "Evergreen" to be very good , the goods were sent fairly quickly and any phone calls I made were answered promptly by very polite and positive sounding person. The actual products are very convincing, and most of my neighbors are unaware of my new Pansies being artificial and have made comments on how lovely they look, my only slight negative is they do seem a little expensive , but I think the benefit is they hopefully will last , and need virtually no maintenance”

“Lovely product, excellent quality. I just wasn’t sure how much pressure to put on it to open out the fronds and in doing so one has come loose but it still looks great on my patio”

“I ordered the olive tree, using the website was easy, delivery was good and very quick. I am revamping my garden at the moment, so until today the tree has stood in the box in my shed. I have planted it out direct into the ground, but I doubt this will withstand our winter winds here by the coast. So for that reason I wouldn't buy any more. Not that realistic. I will stick with boxwood spirals, you can't go wrong with them for outdoors.”

“Made a nice faux display next to my pond. My hubby is a fussy beast and doesn’t like anything going into the pond so these were perfect tor adding a little life to satisfy us both no dirt no mess just pretty”

“Purchased a number of different small out door plants for use in border and planters. I started with buying just a few first to check they were going to be OK. They look good and each of these plants were around the £6 mark. Gardenia Bush with Flowers was perhaps the one that looks most like an artificial plant, ones i've purchased are Veronica Plant, LAvendar Plant, Heath Plant, Gardenia Bush with Flowers,Flowering Mini Grass Plant (didn't like this one as much as the others), Grape Hyacinth Plant and Alium Flower (Probably wouldn't purchase more of these). Waiting on the pansies coming into stock so i can add them the border at the front, pictures show them in border and planters at the moment but will be adding more.”

“I got lilac Lavender, it's very realistic I dulled it down with a light spray of light grey paint as I felt it was just a teeny bit too bright, I'm delighted with it will deffo buy again”
